Local Kona Delivery
Delivery Conditions
To honor our satisfaction guarantee, the recipient may be called to schedule delivery. Normal Delivery Days are Monday thu Saturday, 9am - 5pm. Limited Sunday delivery is available for Special Event Functions, Weddings & Funerals. However, we are open and will do our best when requested. In many cases we can get this done for you. Our delivery fee is $8.50 for Kona, Keahou & Holualoa. $12.50 for Kukio, Four Seasons Resort & Kona Hospital. Limited delivery service is available for Waikoloa Beach & Hilton Waikoloa. Please phone us direct with special requests.
Delivery Status
Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if you receive a confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.
Floral Deliveries to the U.S.
We only ship Hawaiian Cut Flowers via FedEx. Shipping Days are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Everyday orders are shipped 2 days FedEx. Special Overnight FedEx delivery is available Monday - Thursday for an additional fee. Limited Priority Overnight Friday FedEx is available. Please phone us direct with inquiries.
Floral Order Delivery Times
Our flower shop makes deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM). We offer 2 delivery times, AM (9am - 12noon) or PM (1pm - 5pm). We will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range unless verbally agreed. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery.
When the Recipient Is Not Home
The delivery driver may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor or manager and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf; or if the area is secure, to leave the arrangement at the door. The delivery driver may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery. Our delivery personnel will find the best delivery choice for your special gift.
International Floral Deliveries
We do not ship Hawaiian Flowers internationally at this time. To locate a florist in another country, we recommend searching "Google" and contacting them directly. For example, Google "Florence, Italy Florist" to find a florist in Florence, Italy.
