Hawaii is known for it's unique custom of giving fresh flower Lei for all occasions such as Weddings, Greetings, Birthday's, Retirements, Anniversaries, Baby Christenings, Graduations, House Blessings or just about any special occasion where you want to celebrate a loved one's special day. Leis are flower garlands worn like a necklace and come in many different varieties and colors. Many are fragrant, all are beautiful. There are basically 2 types of leis; neck Leis and head Leis. Neck Leis can be viewed by clicking on any LEI link below. Head Leis, or Haku or Lei Po'o, are woven Leis worn around the crown of the head. Hawaiian Lei Po'o are also custom created for brides who want a classic Hawaiian style wedding.

Traditionally when giving a Lei it is customary to kiss the recipient on the cheek at the same time placing the lei around the head and neck. When recieving a Hawaiian Lei, know that it is given with love, respect and Aloha. After receiving a lei, never, ever reject the lei. This action is in very bad taste as a lei should always be cherished and enjoyed.
