Terms and Conditions

Renee Thomas Designs requires a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 to hold a wedding date and to start a file on your event. Upon completion of your event floral proposal, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount due. Weddings and Events are to be paid in full one week prior to the event. Payments accepted are Cash, Visa, Mastercard or Personal Check, payable to Floral Events & Rentals, a subsidiary of Renee Thomas Designs. Any returned checks are subject to a $50.00 charge. Your deposit will ensure your date is held and that your rental equipment will be available.

Complete floral consultation services, delivery and break-down charges are included and worked into your event flower quote for the island of Oahu. If your event is outer-island (Maui, Lanai, Hawaii), additional labor and delivery charges may apply. For more information regarding outer-island events, please contact Renee directly.

If a wedding or party is called off within two weeks prior to the event, the client will be responsible for the total cost of the event as the flower orders and staffing will have been placed and shipment en route. If notified before then, the deposit {$200.00} will be kept and all contracts null and void.

Renee Thomas Designs has styles of glassware, centerpieces, chuppas, arches and votives. These items are considered rental items on your event day, which we will break down at the end of your party. The rentals are property of and belong to Floral Events & Rentals, and will be picked-up by Renee Thomas Design staff after the event or reception. Any broken, missing or damaged property will be the client’s responsibility. A bill for any and all property not left or damaged will be charged to their account and must be paid upon receipt.
